Cherry Ricotta Toast

Cherry ricotta toast

Ingredients

  • 2 slices grainy bread
  • 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
  • 2 handfuls pitted cherries, halved
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp coarse sea salt

Instructions

  1. Toast bread. Top each slice with 1/4 cup ricotta, half the cherries, 1/2 tsp honey, and 1/2 tsp sea salt. Enjoy!
